The Whirlpool WTW7300XW is equipped with a lot of features designed to make laundry an easy, stress-free and money-saving activity for anyone. For one, its H2Low wash system with Auto Load Sensing senses the amount of each load automatically, making efficient measurements of water to be used, and delivering cleaning performance and gentleness that can only be described as amazing. The washer's 5.0 cubic feet capacity is no slouch, allowing you to wash up to 3 laundry baskets in one load. The Consortium for Energy Efficiency feature saves you a lot on water and energy that could even qualify you for local utility rebates. How's that for one wise, nifty machine?

Interior Features
  • Equipped with both a bleach dispenser and fabric softener dispenser, this washer makes sure that there would be no wasting these laundry must-haves. Not only do you get just the right amount of bleach and fabric softener in each batch, you also don't need to do the pouring by yourself, saving you the usual mess, not to mention the sticky and smelly fingers.
  • The stainless steel basket is big on both features and capacity. With a 5.0 cubic feet volume, you won't need to do one batch of laundry after another - three baskets can be done in one batch! Moreover, the stainless steel wash basket is resistant to stains, corrosion, and chipping compared to other models which use less durable materials.

    Exterior Features

  • The classic white color complements the no-frills design of the entire unit. The washer's entire look is very streamlined which should fit easily to any room.
  • Equipped with an LED display, the unit provides you with the necessary information about the cycle time remaining, as well as other functions and options of the machine.

    Dimension Specifications

    Height: 44 Inches
    Width: 27 1/2 Inches

    Advantages

With the 6th sense technology installed in this washer, users are allowed to save energy and time while doing laundry, which is great so that you will need less time to focus on these household task, which, although is essential, can mess up your schedule pretty bad. The above average capacity is definitely something that larger families or any user who wants to decrease the number of loads required every week would have to take advantage of.

The automatic detectors on water temperature and level takes out the hassle in having to do guesswork while doing laundry, making it that more convenient. The ENERGY STAR and CEE Tier III qualifications of this washer makes the user sure that resources are not wasted in using it - energy and water usage are kept at a minimum.

    Disadvantages

As opposed to other Whirlpool washers, the spin and wash cycles in this machine are less, which more savvy users may think would be a downgrade.

    Pros

  • easier to use vis-a-vis more advanced Whirlpool washers
  • equipped with less complicated cycles vis-a-vis more advanced Whirlpool washers
  • maintains convenient and resource-saving features
  • more streamlined in terms of function and look

    Cons

  • more ordinary-looking
  • average spinning rate

Do not buy any Cabrio or Whirlpool product
    by: Anonymous

After 18 months (6 mo after warrenty expired) I got what I now know to be the infamous F-51 error code. Control Board and RPS Sensor need to be replaced as with every earlier model of this machine. Whirlpool has repaired some models free of charge in the past, but insists my model is not on the "list" of models known to have this problem, even though their own repair man confirmed it. Repairs will be more than $300 for a machine that wasn't even $600 to begin with. Do yourself a favor before considering any Whirlpool product and Internet search Cabrio Flu and F-51 error code to see how disgustingly pervasive the problem is with every oasis/cabrio washer they've put out. Will never buy any Whirlpool product again knowing that they continue to put out newer versions of the same products with known defects without recalling. This machine is only as good as the warranty length.

    Good washer for the price
    by: Anonymous

I've had the machine for about 2 months now (my first washer). It spins very dry, which is good since I don't have a dryer, but it leaves the clothes more wrinkled (but I have to iron anyways). Sometimes it leaves soap or lint on the dark clothes; not sure if that means there isn't enough water being used or I put in too much (powdered) soap (I haven't tried liquid soap yet). It takes large loads and I've even washed a quilt with a grease stain and it came out fine (I pre-spotted the stain). I haven't used the delicate cycle yet. It's a good washer for the price I paid (Best Buy on sale $599) and I'm happy with it.

    Not Happy
    by: Anonymous

This washer doesn't deep clean clothes well. I cut hair for a living and there is still hair on my shirts when the clothes are finished washing. I'm still within my 30 day trial period, gonna return and get something else.

    Haul it away
    by: Anonymous

This washer did use very little water but also beat my clothes to death. It made an unusual amount of noise filling, rinsing and spining. When I washed a large load it practically ripped out the rubber around the top. After 4 1/2 years it would not start and the repair person said it would cost too much to repair - might as well buy a new one. So, I had a Whirlpool front loader delivered two weeks ago and it already will not spin my clothes dry. They are delivering a replacement in about one hour. We are building a 2nd home and it will not have a Whirlpool/Maytag washer.

    A dissatisfied customer

I am very disappointed with this washer. It leaves a soap scum on the clothes. I don't think it rinses well-not enough water. I wouldn't recommend this washer to anyone.

    don't buy

Machine 2 yrs old had to pay $169. for new hub. It was defective when it left the factory said repairman. The hub had not been tight enough from the beginning. Sources around me say Whirlpool parts are mickey mouse stuff. A lot of money went spent for only 2 years old. Most machines last 10 years or more with no problems!
