Whirlpool whitemagic Portable

we bought this washing machine from the local shop named Dass.we bought this machine in the year 2000 and we are using this machine from last 7 years.we bought this machine from our neighbours suggestion as they were already using the same model.

Regarding the experience with this model, initially when we bought this it was quite well and quite good.After 2 years it started giving some problems like making noise and drying problems.we have given this machine for repair for around 5 to 6 times.most of the time after repairing,the machine used to function normally for around 4 to 5 months and again it comes to the same postion of drying problem.

Recently 5 months back we had completely replaced the panel and drum and now it's functioning properly,till now after replacing the parts it did'nt give any such major problem but we hope that its better to exchange this machine with the newer model or some other make. hope we will exchange this machine as soon as possible.

personally we suggest that don't purchase this machine instead try to buy some good model from GE as i heard the GE wshing machines durability is good and much better as compared to whirlpool.
