Purex

I absolutely love the brand Purex. We use the Mountain Breeze scent. I makes the clothes smell so fresh and clean. It also does not gunk up the washing machine. I start the water and then add the Purex.

It seems to mix really well with all the clothes and gets evenly distributed to all the clothes. It is a great bargain for a huge bottle of it too.

I was a little leary upon first purchase of because of the cheap price, but after the first load with it, I was completely satisfied.

With having a family of four and only having one income into the house, this laundry detrgent is the best in regards to its value and cleaning ability.

There are a few scents available, but we have settled on the mountain breeze type. I just the love the scent and it stays with the clothes too. It doesn't disappear right away, so you get that clean clothes smell throughout the day.

My 7 year old daughter also made a comment one day on how good her clothes smelled after we switched to Purex. She still hasn't been willing to help with laundry yet though!

I also have a new baby and the detergent has not bothered her skin at all. It's gentle enough to use on her clothes, as well as strong enough to get stains out of my husband and older daughters clothes. What more can you ask for?

I will continue to use Purex as I am extremely satisfied with this product, it works great for my family.

My whole family gets itchy if I use ANY detergent with enzymes. After many attempts at many different detergents, my good friend told me she used Purex and was even able to use it on her newborn. The first bottle I bought was Original Fresh with bleach alternative (same one my friend suggested). My family's clothes were clean, fresh smelling, and....NO RASHES!!! Been using it ever since, and I sometimes switch between the original fresh and the mountain breeze (both with bleach alternative).

I Love purex! I have used it too for years. Love the way it works, cleans, inexpensive, etc. I like the rain scent better than the others though. Recently I've noticed purex has changed it's scents. The original and the mountain scents smell stronger and much different than I remember. I was first sold out on it because of the price and the smell. But since they changed the smell, I'll still use it but I'm not happy with the smells. Has anyone else noticed this? I guess they are just trying to keep up with the other brands with there perfumier smells, but it could hurt them in the long run! But all in all I will still use it and try to get used to the new smells.
