I bought this fully automatic washing machine about thirty months ago. It came with a 24 month warranty. I have only used it after sales service once in its lifetime when the front panel got submerged in water. The service was very prompt and the part was replaced within one day. It is a 6.2kg load capacity machine with a top loading feature. Inside, it has a stainless steel drum with auto off feature. Other features include a detergent compartment, softener compartment, lint collector, etc. There are five water level settings and five wash settings. Water level can be adjusted from very low to maximum. Wash settings can be adjusted from delicate to blankets. There is one additional option of silver wash. In this mode,the machine emits tiny silver ions which keep your clothes fresh and odour free. This machine also features a child lock as a safety feature. Another safety features included are an automatic brake in case the lid is opened during the cycle, and an audio alarm. There is a digital timer which indicates the remaining cycle time. This time does not include the filling time for water. The machine comes in a choice of 3 colors. I selected light grey since it matches with the colors of my wash room. All switches are push type. No mechanical or rotary switches are present. This make the exterior more durable and reliable for a longer term. It has external pedestal to adjust the height and balance of the machine. Most important feature is its fuzzy logic system. In this setting, the machine calculates the load, water requires, detergent required and runs the cycle accordingly. The front panel got damaged due to water condensation after about 20 months of usage. The same was replaced in warranty. Service is world class. I definitely recommend this model
