BOSCH Washer wfmc3200uc

I have BOSCH Washer wfmc3200uc over 3 years and now it is not spin. Called to BOSCH company customer service and they do not want to help and send you to a local dealer. Dealer prices are too high as to buy new Washer, also dealers does not know BOSCH (how it is working? Why it is braking? Completely are illiterate people). BOSCH USA customer’s service is not helping.

I do not recommend to purchase BOSCH products made in the USA or Canada or Mexico. If you want to have a quality your BOSCH should be made in Germany (Europe).

Everything bad you have read about the bosch we are also experiencing. It gets funky with mold and the washer is now spinning only when we are lucky. The machine is about 3 or 4 years old, not much past the warranty, but it is. I thought World War II was over? Why are they sending these bombs over? The dryer is a bit better but no models do a very good job of drying.

Note: We bought the bosch to replace our asko-le. asko is worse than bosch. Luckily some repairs were covered under the warranty because it broke down a week before the warranty was up. It made up for that though. Both the washer and dryer are lemons.

DO NOT BUY bosch OR asko!!! You are warned! $6000 dollars in washers in dryers in 6 years. We had are last pair for 17 years!!! Kenmore I think.

horrible washer

What a horrible washer. Starting from the beginning, the clothes never smelled fresh. We have replaced two rubber caskets at a cost of $300.00 each. First service tech said, leave the washer door open, which we did. Use less detergent,he said, which I hardly use any now, but now I'm using even less. Now I leave my washer door open constantly, wipe out the casket and use tablets such as Affresh all the time. I have been married for 48 years, during that time we have owned a lot of different brands of washers and dryers.

This is the first one I have ever
had to do so much maintenance and still, after 5 years is still causing me such aggravation. By the way, I spoke to someone in service, who told me it states in the manual to leave the door open, what a joke. She also said I was using to much soap and my machine may need even more service. Obviously, I would not purchase another Bosch appliance.

Purchased top of the range front loader Bosch Dec 2009
drum ceased to turn bosch wanted £85call out plus
cost of parts approx £200 plus Bought a new Bosch
£304.. I went to local repairer with the old machine who said the motor was at fault repaired
the machine for £75 TOTAL NOW MACHINE WORKING PERFECTLY and is now in the garage ideals for the family animals blankets

Bosch Washer will not spin

After three years of intensive use our Bosch washer refuses to spin. Tried all recommended routine fixes only to conclude that a new electronic circuit board is required, Cost f the part about $300.- or nearly halve the cost of a new machine. What a waste of material to built something so poorly it has to be put out with the garbage after only a few years of use.

THE SPIN CYCLE DOES NOT SPIN AFTER 4 YEARS! iT SMELLS LIKE MOLD! WE HAVE CLEANED WITH EVERYTHING VINEGAR, BLEACH, AGAIN DON'T WASTE YOUR $. WE ARE ALWAYS SURPISED WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE SPIN CYLE WORKS (IRRITATING) bUYING A DIFFERENT BRAND WITH NO COMPUTER CONTROLS!

vibrates so much

THIS IS MY FIRST BOSCH WASHING MACHINE, WHICH IS A FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE. THE PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINE IS IT VIBRATES SO BAD THAT I AM CONCERNED IT IS DOING DAMAGE TO THE TILE FLOOR IT IS ON. WHEN IT STARTS VIBRATING YOU CAN ACTUALLY HEAR IT OUTSIDE.

I HAVE HAD IT LEVELED, AND CHECKED TO MAKE SURE ALL THE SHIPPING HARDWARE WAS REMOVED. THE MACHINE IS 2 YEARS OLD THIS DECEMBER.

CAN ANYTHING BE DONE TO FIX IT?

Nothing but problems

We have had nothing but problems with this washer, and we believe that there is a serious design defect. Water remains inside the rubber gasket and eventually mold forms, creating a smell and possibly dangerous condition. We have changed the gasket three times, and the problem comes back.

Bosch advised us to leave the door open after we run a load, and to wipe out the rubber gasket. This is an inconvenience but we do it. However, it does not solve the problem.

Our advice is: don't buy a Bosch washer.
