Wonder Washer

This portable washer is great and very convenient as it allows you to do your laundry wherever you like, without the need for built in plumbing. It's very compact and doesn't need much water. When you're not using it, you can easily just stick it away in a closet.
I use it when I go traveling as it’s a convenient and quick alternative to hand washing. Admittedly, I wouldn’t use it for bulky or really dirty garments, but in the summer its great for washing t-shirts and skirts that are light and easy to clean. Apparently you can even use it to clean running shoes, but I’ve not tried that…
One disadvantage is that because of its compact size you can’t get many clothes in at once. An average load is maybe three t-shirts or two blouses, not much more. The machine works by spinning in one direction for a few seconds, then changing and spinning the other way for a few more seconds.
You can set the time of each spin. Unfortunately there’s no rinse function, so you have to wring out the clothes and rinse out the soap by hand.
It’d also be really nice to have some way of draining the machine while it’s upright rather than having to turn the whole thing upside down to empty it, but that’s a minor grumble really.
