What is the best Whirlpool top load washing machine for you? Whirlpool is one of the big ones. In fact in the USA, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag and Kenmore account for over 80 percent of washing machine sales. Whirlpool has a large selection of top loaders to choose from which are cheaper than the comparable front load cousins. Remember you usually find far less features on top loaders but at much cheaper prices. However there high end Cabrio top loader is a nice machine and doesn’t compromise on some of the more advanced features. It comes with whirlpools 6th sense technology. The features incorporated into the top loaders include - Energy star

- Variable water levels
- Enhanced sound package
The cheap top loader reviewed below don't all incorporate these features. Remember to watch what detergent you use too. Some of the Cabrio models use HE detergent. It’s important to use the correct detergent when using your machine.

Whirlpool Cabrio Washer WTW6600S
One type of washing machine made by Whirlpool is the Whirlpool Cabrio Washer WTW6600S. This is a washing machine that comes with many great advantages. If you use it you’ll find that it is very easy to use and it also looks stylish too.
The machine is fairly expensive and does tend to wrinkle clothes. One let down was that some customers found it no so reliable. Another downer is the wash cycles seemed to be long. However it does have many settings for a top loader.
You can do large loads of laundry in this washer and it spins so well that you’ll save energy when you are drying. However it is quite large, so if you don’t have a lot of room, this may not be the best washing machine for you. On the other hand, if you have plenty of room and a large family, this is an excellent choice.
Cheap Top Loaders
If you are wanting a cheap washer then whirlpools classic range may just be for you. It is the cheapest washer they produce. It doesn’t have the bells and whistles as the others but can still get the job done.
One of the cheapest of the classic range is Whirlpools WTW5100S but if you want more wash cycles with a more advanced agitator, you would be better off paying a little bit more for Whirlpool's WTW5500S.
Whirlpool WTW5500S – Top Loader
Another great washing machine from Whirlpool to consider is the Whirlpool WTW4400S Top Loader from its classic range.
This machine has a variety of wonderful features, such as a delicate cycle for wools as well as a nice hand wash cycle that will save you the time of having to wash out clothes by hand. There are four different temperature settings as well and it has 10 cycles, which means you are sure to find the right cycle for your clothes.
This washing machine comes with a great manual and you’ll find it very easy to use as well. While it may not be the most stylish washing machine available, it will definitely get the job done for you.
