Whirlpool T50 Front loading fully automatic

Ours is now a few years old machine. However, has been giving problems since the beginning. It just doesn't clean clothes. The service people have no idea why does it happen this way. Secondly it vibrates a whole lot and makes huge amount of noise.

Last year when we raised a complaint, the service people suggested that you take a 3 yr service contract so that there are no more costs. We bought the contract for Rs 3000. After that it has been numerous calls and complaints to whirlpool's pune service center. But they just don't come to repair. Sometimes, the parts are not available and sometimes the person is missing.

I am fed up with whirlpool and would strongly recommend people to stay away from it.
