I just moved out on my own so I was in need of a dryer ( already have an old washer). I’m on a budget so I went with the least expensive Whirlpool model, the LDR3822PQ. I decided to go with the flashy white-on-white. The white just seemed to pop. This dryer is very compact. I would say it holds average amount of cloths compared to other dryers. The dryer does not have very many buttons, very straight forward and simple to use. She has 3 drying cycles and 2 different temperatures. The box stated a whooping 3.4 cubic feet of drying room.
This carefully engineered machinery dries cloths pretty dam well. Filled up to the brim with a California king confronter only took 45 minutes to be dry as a bone. Normal loads are done within half an hour. In fact this dryer is so speedy, I’m thinking of getting a better washer to match its quickness.
However, the lint collector is rather petite and has to be cleaned after every load. This is my major complaint about the LDR3822PQ. I’m slothful and don’t want to clean off the lint fluff every time. One other complaint is the price of this dryer is more compared to other cheepy models, but the Whirlpool name is what I value the most. I’m sure I will have this dryer for the next 10-15 years.
Whirlpool throws in a one year limited warranty, just in an extremely unlucky event of a faulty appliance getting out.

love it by: Anonymous
I absolutely love my clothes dryer it is by far the best I've ever owned. The dryer is compact and doesn't require on of those large irregular plugs, it can be plugged in to any outlet.
While it is small enough to fit in to my kitchen, without being in the way, it hold and dries a medium sized load of clothing in about 20 minutes. There are 3 drying cycles these include Air, Timed drying and permanent press.
I always use timed drying because it includes the energy efficient setting. That's another thing I love it didn't raise my electric bill much about $10 us dollars, and with a family of 5 I use it plenty often. It is also very easy to clean the lint trap just pull out the lint basket remove the lid and pull out the lint.
Also if you choose to you can wash it with warm water. And to clean the out side and interior dryer I just use a wet cloth with a little dish soap to wipe it down.
Another great thing about this dryer is it is on wheels so if your like me and clean behind and under everything often the wheels make it very easy to move.
I've had the dryer for 3 years now and it still works just as good as it did the first time I used it!
