Whirlpool Duet Steam WFW9600T

by Jamison
(Reno, NV, USA)

I have never been one to spend a lot of money on washer and dryers, but it is sure worth it when you do. Yes, the Whirlpool Duet Steam clothes washer is fairly expensive, but you get a lot for what you pay for.

It has a ton of different cycle settings (more than I think I will every learn how to use)! It is very nice that is has so many temperature options as well - you can vary the water temperature from cold to warm to hot in 5 different steps. It is pretty quiet and it doesn't use very much water or electricity either.

The "6th sense" technology is pretty awesome because it senses how much laundry you have loaded the washer with and automatically adjusts the water that it uses for that wash/rinse cycle. This unit washes everything well - it leaves everything from small delicate garments to work clothes and blankets smelling fresh and clean and feeling brand new.

It does this with a range of cycles including Normal, Heavy, Sanitary, Delicate, and many many more! They actually advertise on the Whirlpool website that you can "sanitize towels and sheets without bleach".

I can attest to that - we never use bleach any more. That means your clothes, towels, sheets, etc last longer! And best, this washer uses high efficiency detergent so you buy and use less detergent over the course of washing.

All in all, this is the best washer I have ever touched - I would definitely buy it again!
