Whirlpool Commercial Quality Super Capacity Washer
by Meredith
I’ve owned the Whirlpool Super Capacity 4-cycle washer for 2 years and it has met my expectations and then some. While it’s a commercial quality super capacity washer, it doesn’t take up half the laundry room like my previous washer.
The large porcelain basket has been a lifesaver for my endless huge loads of laundry. I’ve filled it with 5 sets of bed sheets including 2 sets of California king in the past and had no issues. Most impressive, it can handle my California king duvet without a problem.
Our previous washer never seemed to get all of the soap out of the duvet. The machine is also unbelievably quiet and rarely rocks when spinning out. It has settings for small delicate loads, which I use in place of hand washing clothes.
My only complaint is while the large basket is handy, since it’s a top loader, the depth can be a problem for shorter people. Reaching into the bottom to get that last sock or other small item can be a bit of a chore.
However, it’s nothing a small step can’t remedy. I wouldn’t trade my top loader in for a front loader due to the fact that I like having the option of soaking super soiled laundry.
Overall, I’ve been very pleased with the performance of my Whirlpool washer and in the future, will probably continue to purchase Whirlpool washers.
