WHIRLPOOL AWO6100

I used to own an older Whirlpool model I was quite happy with but I had to give it away, so I bought this new one WHIRLPOOL AWO6100. Our is white, also gray looked cool, but we are keeping it in the kitchen, and we are going to get new kitchen furniture, and we didn't want to have to pick the furniture after the washers color.

We were after the high capacity, 6th sense also was a must. As we're going to have a baby very soon, we wanted it to have that high temperature sterilizing function -- so this one has a program that washes at 85 celsius degrees.

I also liked it was so easy to install it, and I could do it myself, luckily the reseller brought it at my house, and as I live at the 4th floor, it was a relief. My wife uses it mostly and must say she is very happy with it so far, she doesn't know all the functions yet though. I have this friend that used to work for a company that does the services for Whirlpool washers and I asked him a few thing before I decided to choose Whirlpool.

Since we're gonna have a little kid in the house soon, I'm happy it has this nice function that blocks child access. We have a lot of wool clothes, so luckily this washer has a program for washing wool, also for our clothes that are only to be washed by hand it has this program that is hand washing like, we use that quick washing 30 minutes program too.

We also like it for this function that lets you choose what time to start washing. Its not to big either, but that doesn't mean we lose in capacity. The 6th sense system monitors the washing process and automatically adjust the water and power consumption, which is a very very good thing for us also for the environment.

If we were to rethink about buying a washer, we would chose the same brand/model, we are quite happy with it and so far we have no reason to regret our decision.
