JUSTGOT IT AND HAVE ONLY ONE PROBLEM. USED LIQUID BLEACH AND WATCHED IT RUN DOWN THE FRONT OF THE WASHED ON THE CLOTHES INSIDE. I THOUGHT IT WAS MIXED WITH WATER BUT FOUND WHEN I HUNG MY LIGHT BLUE SHEETS ON THE LINE THAT SEVERAL LARGE LIGHT SPOTS APPEARED. tHE BLEACH WAS NOT DELUTED. I WAS VERY UPSET AS THESE WERE NEW SHEETS. oTHER THEN THAT, I REALLY LIKE MY MACHINE. cOULD SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT A FULL LOAD LOOKS LIKE? I AM USED TO A TOP LOAD.

Spinning/Balance Problem
by: Andrew

I know the feeling, it seems the machine must be perfectly level and on a reinforced floor for machine to balance the load properly for the spin cycle or else the clothes will come out soaking wet.

I've been dealing with the same problem since the day I got the machine.

complete junk
by: Gary Meadows

What a piece of junk this washer has been! The clothes come out soaking wet once every 5-6 times we use it. Samsung has sent three different service techs out and none of them can seem to figure out the problem. This problem started when it was only one week old and has continued for two months. Samsung's Excellant Customer Relations department (ECR) keeps telling me "just one more service call." One of their employees even accused me of lying to him because the service techs can't find the problem. This is my last Samsung product!
