Wash Hanging Clothes together

by Wendy
(Lakewood, CA OSA)

It seems so easy but I have just learned that if I wash all the hanging clothes together, I can obviously hang them all up without having to dig through the whole load trying to find them. Saves on ironing also.

Great tip

I hang pretty much all of my jeans and many of my shirts, but have never thought to do this. It makes a lot of sense. Not only do you save time, but you can make sure that you have enough room to hang everything before you do the next load!

wahs hanging clothes together

I do this but I take it one step further... I also wash the heavier clothes together and leave that for the last load. If I wash the lighter fabric all together then I can hang and take down in the time it takes for the next load to wash. Leavingthe heavy things until the end I can let them hang as long as it takes for them to dry.
