Vinegar

by Tammy
(Tennessee)

I use vinegar for a few things:

1. I soak a couple of cotten balls in vinegar and keep it in a bowl near the litterbox to get rid of the smell. The vinegar smell is strong for a bit, but it fades and you still don't smell the litterbox.

2. I put about 1/2 cup in my wash to get rid of smells and it works as a fabric softener.

3. It's great for cleanning windows and mirrors.

Vinegar also works for cleaning metal sinks. I fill the sink with water add a ½ cup of vinegar to the water to clean the sink.

cider vinegar for stains

Instead of wasting money on those costly laundry stain removers like Shout!, use the cider vinegar. Simply rub into the stain and launder. Doing this will save the plastic bottle from being used and spare the chemicals
