I purchased this washer three years ago. Today, after two service calls and finally reading all of the horrible reviews, I am left to wait until it finally gives up so I can buy a washer from someone (ANYONE) else other than Sears. The installation person never told me that these washers don't do well on less than a concrete floor AND the repair person (twice) never said that my washer was out of balance due to poor design. He insisted that it was my floor, which was never a problem before this washer. Today, I can only spin on Hang Dry, which leaves a bunch of water in my clothes.

Also, at the time of purchase, I was assured that I could buy HE POWDER detergent at big box stores. LIAR (and I mean LIAR, the sales woman was a pushy know-it -all), it was a year later before Costco began selling the liquid and I don't use liquid. Now I can find detergent, but it's usually not on a great sale.

Sears should make this right for their customers, but they never do. Another one bites the dust!
