    Great appliance set! I cannot say enough great things about this set.I will admit I normally use the quick cycle because this cycle generally cleans my everyday fabrics.My husband is a mechanic and I wash his clothes on normal setting which does take longer but the clothes always comes out clean. I love the steam feature for bedding. And the Sanitize for Animal bedding. This washer and dryer have the capability of washing and drying large items that most machines cannot. I've washed and spun out a 5x7 area rug a couple times. I have had this set for 8 years with no issues.I recommend cleaning the drain plug a couple times a month if you do a lot of wash like myself. I usually find coins and other small items in there and It will get clogged. In closing, I love my Samsung Steam VRT washer/dryer and would purchase again if needed. It is a great set that does it all!

    Underwear come out still dirty after the normal cycle even with an extra rinse. Cycles are really long and we will never use steam or bedding or sanitary cycle. They are all about 2 hours just for the washing machine. I would not recommend this machine. One that uses more water and actually cleans underwear after 1 hr 20 mins or less time would be preferable. Big size is the only thing that makes up for long cycles. It also shakes a ton. I have it on main floor and feel it all the way thru kitchen into family room while sitting on the sofa. Having tech come out to check machine. 4 mos. old.
