Samsung Customer Service and experience opinions

We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer two years ago. A month ago our dryer stopped working. We had to hunt for a repair person that actually fixed Samsung products. Most places I called said they never deal with Samsung products because parts are impossible to get. We finally found someone who would come and look at it and identify what was wrong. It needs some sort of new electrical board. They tried to order the part 3 weeks ago and have not even received a return call. They have been waiting 10 weeks for a belt for a Samsung washing machine. Moral of the story.. Samsung makes great appliances until they break down and then they are just another item for the trash. Heading out to buy something that will last more than 2 years and not cost me over $1000!

Samsung fully automatic washing machine NEW

My Samsung machine suddenly stopped working. When I called their tool free number. They took the machine and asking dhs 750/- to repair. I asked them to provide me management e mail address. Asked their contact number but they are reluctant to provide. Now I don't know what to do. I think my money and time wasted. I will not go for Samsung product any more.

Samsung Washer NEW

DO NOT PURCHASE THIER APPLIANCES! I have only been without my appliance for a week but it has been the biggest hassle you could imagine dealing with these people. I was told I had to pay $125 upfront...no problem PAID! When it has now come time for repair....crickets....where the heck are these people. I have spoken to more people from India than I care to tell you! I am livid!

In my samsung washing machine the electronic board which controls time and other functions got repaired.Complained and got it repaired , it worked for thirty days failed again, complained again ,the service engineer took the board,came back after 20 days.Again did not work,he smells other problem.My Samsung washing machine is idle for 30 days.Ido not know what to do.I have 2 Questions for Samsung.
1.Are you aware of our problems?
2.In case your associates(who are not only customer friendly but also inefficient) are not able to diagnise the problem and rectify the problem why can you send your own engineers and satisfy the customers.
3.My washing machine is 6kg,WA80 H2B. Is it true that Samsung has stopped producing the board for this machine?Do you expect us to condemn this after just 5 years.

Never ever get a Samsung washing machine. We have had two in two years and both have had massive problems.

When we have tried to have these problems fixed by Samsung under warranty, it was the biggest hassle as they were not customer friendly and you always had to speak to people from India that you cannot understand.
