Roper by Whirlpool

The best dryer I got is the dryer that I got right now...my Whirlpool Roper. My grandparents bought it for my husband and I when I moved out on my own.

When I lived with my parents, we had a really old and noisy dryer and I had to sleep with that thing on almost every night....I always had a hard time sleeping. I absolutely HATED having that dryer in my room that I begged my parents to trade rooms with me (they did). But even trading rooms was bad because not only did I still hear that dryer but I also had to deal with my parents being mad because I suckered them into a bad deal.

Well things changed and this is why I'm excited. I am in a rather small apartment but I CANNOT hear my new dryer. The only time I hear anything is if I accidentely wash something that I forgot in our pockets. I actually forget that it's on and I didn't know life could be so good. I don't hear clanging and loud sounds all day. I always forget that I dried my clothes and they tend to sit in there for a long time and get all wrinkly.

So this leads to me drying them for a second time. I use my dryer on a constant basis around here because my husbands job isn't a very clean one. I have to wash his work clothes every night.

Overall, this is a great little dryer. We absolutely love it. It’s small and compact and very, very quiet. Sometimes that quietness is hazardous but it’s very pleasant. I know this dryer is a good gift to give somebody and it’s also small enough for tight spaces too. I only had mine for 5 years but it’s been used like it’s been 30.
