I am not sure whether I should be amused or horrified by this story. I can understand the woman being angry about having her washing machine repossessed but what kind of employee gets involved in a physical altercation with a customer (even a bad one) that results in the police breaking out the pepper spray and arresting you, your friend, and the woman? Holy cow! That washer is going to be in therapy for years! Haha.
