Onida Hydroshakthi

Onida The model of Washing machine that I have is Onida Hydroshakthi, Fiber body, of 5.5 Kg capacity. The model was purchased two years ago. Till date i had almost no complaints about the machine. We soak the clothes for around 6 hours in the tub and then wash it.

Even after that only thing we need to recheck and brush manually is the collors and pockets as machine will not be able to clean it.

We use normal detergent powders. We had to call mechanic twice as noises came from machine. It was later identified that the issue on both instances were of a coint getting stuck in the tubes.
Pros
- Maintanace free
- Rust free due to fibre body

Cons
- Cannot dignose the problem of coin stucking
- Cannot clean high dirt areas like shirt collors and pockets
