Kenmore super capacity

We bought our Kenmore super capacity washer after owning an ancient old Kenmore washer that was perfect!

I hate to slam a product but I sure would like my old washing machine back. I do not like this new Kenmore washing machine.

The super capacity can not handle a large load. The machine gets unbalanced a lot even with a smaller load. If I put in a "super capacity" load them watch out. The machine really starts thumping. We have checked numerous times to be sure it is on level flooring. It definitely it but we still get an unbalanced load with all but the tiniest loads. The washer repair man tells us this is normal as the new washing machines are too light weight.

We also have a problem with the washer not spinning all of the water out of a load so it is really heavy before you put it in the dryer. The washer repair man said nothing is wrong part wise. He suggested we use the spin cycle twice. That is what we are doing but I must say it is a pain!
