Kenmore Elite Quiet pak 4

I purchased washer and dryer. Researched including the fact my sister has had the set for 5 years and loves it. I was torn between this and an LG and went with this because of the quiet factor AND IT IS!

We do not hear it running and I turn alarms off. My laundry room is right next to family room and I wash with the door open. We can barely hear it if at all. It holds a lot and I am amazed at how much cleaner my clothes are and how much better they look.

As far as those who say they have to clean the rubber gasket around the door from mildew you will not have to do this if you leave the door to washer slightly open after using to air out.

I've never had a problem. It was a difficult decision financially because I could have spent less but now I'm happy with my decision. My last washer just died but served me well considering I bought it in 1984!
