I bought this washer 2 years ago. For the first year it worked great. Now the washer will not spin without going off level. It shakes so bad that it moves 2 feet and it will not finish the load. It has already had a recall and sears put in a new motherboad that didn't fix it. Also the control panel is going bad and thats a $600. repair. For a $1,000. washer to only last 2 years I say its a lemon.

I have one of these washers (Kenmore elite oasis HE 27082 Canyon capacity) and I'm not sure it is working right. You can barely see the water in the tub.. it doesn't even cover the clothes. It seems like it would wear them out faster trying to agitate without enough water. I don't have a users manual. Anyone know how to get one, or tell me how this thing works?
