GE Spacemaker #WSM2420TAACC

This is a review of my spacemaker dryer. I live in an apartment where the washer/dryer is located in the kitchen. There are some definite positives to having this type of dryer. The most obvious is that it does save a ton of space. Also, it saves money and energy because of its size.
With the positive do come some negatives as well. The inside of the dryer is quite smaller than it looks from the outside. It fits about a third to half as much as a regular dryer could handle.
In order for it to dry efficiently, you MUST clean the lint filter and turn on the outer fan. I know this is a given but it can't be over looked at all or nothing will dry.
Also, you can't dry a full load of anything heavy as it will take at least two cycles to dry.
As long as the loades are not too heavy the machine does a good job drying otherwise. Another drawback to having this spacesaver is that the dryer is up so high.
My kids are old enough to help with the laundry but not tall enough to reach the opening! Overall, its not a bad little machine, just not what I would pick if I had my choice of dryers.
