GE Model DDE7108PJLHT

by Jeanne
(Prentiss Twp, ME USA)

I purchased a used GE Model DDE7108PJLHT and I absolutely love it. This is an older GE model which is electric powered and runs on 110. This particular dryer model is vented and has a very easy to clean lint filter.

However I am not sure when this dryer was manufactured so I don't know if it is an energy star efficient.

It has four heat settings normal for regular jobs, special for permanent press/knits, fluff for air, and low air for dedicates.

I usually dry my clothes on special because with this dryer being an older model it gets very hot. The last thing I need is my clothes shrinking.

This dryer also comes with two Automoatic Cycle settings normal and heavy. For Permanent Press Knits it has two cycles for normal and delicate. Of course this has timed laundry settings as well ranging between ten and sixty minutes.
I believe this dryer also has a cool down temperature to prevent against over heating and clothes getting too hot.

I absolutely love this dryer it hasn't caused me any kind of problems or any high cost electric bills.

In most cases when I do heavy loads it usually drys them in one hour and I rarely have to run it a second time for it to finish drying. I recommend this to anyone who can't afford a brand-new high end dryer.

I have no complaints as it gets the job done.
