I have been using LG Fuzzy Nova washing machine for about one year. It is fully automatic washing machine hence you need to only put your clothes and detergent and program to get the clothes washed and dried within an hour.

The stainless steel tub and the multi programs are an added feature of this washing machine. You have the option to adjust the water level hence you can wash even two clothes. The prize is affordable and it did not cost me much to get the fully automatic washing machine.

I was fully satisfied with the washing machine until recently when one of its parts got defective. I immediately called the service station and they changed the parts since it was in the guarantee period it didn't cost me anything. But now I have lost faith in the product since within one year if I have encountered a problem what will happen in the long run.

It is true that after the repair there hasn’t been any problem and it is functioning well. Their servicing is very prompt.

They also have an option of insuring the washing machine which is an added advantage. What I feel is that it is worth for the price that we are spending.
