I received this dryer as a wedding present in the summer of 1999. It was purchased from Sears® along with the matching washer. The dryer has 3 settings for drying which include permanent press/automatic, regular and delicates settings. It also has a lint catcher, the kind just below the door.

We selected this dryer because it was inexpensive yet not the cheapest thing on the sales floor and it matched of course. My family of four goes through about 4-5 loads of laundry a week and this machine has given no problems so far. Dryers are a simple device yet when considering a purchase I typically choose not to purchase the entry level appliance.

They sometimes don't do as well as the model directly above them in price. This may not be important to many people but take my advice, get the washer with a lint catcher!

It may cost a little more but it is worth the extra money; you will save it back with longer lasting better looking clothes.
