Fabric Softener Blues

Going off the "Tips for Smart Washer and Dryer Use", I think it's great to hang dry clothes - but then I can't use the dryer sheets to make my clothes soft.

For example, if you hang dry jeans, you get stiff jeans that you can barely walk in until you break them in.

So, maybe hang dry most things, but I personally think the dryer is still necessary for some clothing.
