BOSCH Washer wfmc3200uc

I have BOSCH Washer wfmc3200uc over 3 years and now it is not spin. Called to BOSCH company customer service and they do not want to help and send you to a local dealer. Dealer prices are too high as to buy new Washer, also dealers does not know BOSCH (how it is working? Why it is braking? Completely are illiterate people). BOSCH USA customer’s service is not helping.

I do not recommend to purchase BOSCH products made in the USA or Canada or Mexico. If you want to have a quality your BOSCH should be made in Germany (Europe).

THIS IS MY FIRST BOSCH WASHING MACHINE, WHICH IS A FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE. THE PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINE IS IT VIBRATES SO BAD THAT I AM CONCERNED IT IS DOING DAMAGE TO THE TILE FLOOR IT IS ON. WHEN IT STARTS VIBRATING YOU CAN ACTUALLY HEAR IT OUTSIDE.

I HAVE HAD IT LEVELED, AND CHECKED TO MAKE SURE ALL THE SHIPPING HARDWARE WAS REMOVED. THE MACHINE IS 2 YEARS OLD THIS DECEMBER.

CAN ANYTHING BE DONE TO FIX IT?

We have had nothing but problems with this washer, and we believe that there is a serious design defect. Water remains inside the rubber gasket and eventually mold forms, creating a smell and possibly dangerous condition. We have changed the gasket three times, and the problem comes back.

Bosch advised us to leave the door open after we run a load, and to wipe out the rubber gasket. This is an inconvenience but we do it. However, it does not solve the problem.

Our advice is: don't buy a Bosch washer.
