Bosch Front Load WFCM2100UC

I have owned this washer for 4 years. All of a sudden, the spin cycle quit working. I had the extended warranty from Lowes. 1st repairman spent 30 minutes looking at and decided it needed a new computer chip. 3 weeks later the chip arrives. 2nd repairman comes over to install the chip. He arrived at 5:30PM and at 7:30 PM decided the chip is not the needed part. It really needs the lever on the door. Makes no sense to me but what do I know? Apparently the lever is two pieces. The first piece arrives one week after second repairman was here and today I find out the second piece is on back order and expected possibly next week. This makes a total of 4 weeks with no washer and it is still not working. I will never buy another Bosch product or visit Lowes again.
