Bosch dryer WTM3500

The dryer worked good for 4 years, but, at 4 years the drum cracked and needed replacement it was not under warranty and Bosch was not going to cover the cost the best they would do is 50% on the cost of the drum. Who ever head of a drum on a dryer cracking???? However, the worst part was the way we were treated no concerned for our needs whats so ever.

We have been without a Dryer for 3 weeks and the parts are expected in the middle of May Bosch refused to take the order until the part is here. Now who knows how long it would take to get the part and finally have it repaired. DON'T BUY A BOSCH YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY IF YOU EVER NEED REPAIR!! We are buying a new dryer.
