un plug and replug iron to re start.

I have this iron and it works fine as far as heat and steam go except for the fact that it shuts off anytime you set it up for very short time. I set it down , sew a seam, come back in 5 minutes or less and it has to be un-pluged and re-pluged in to start it up again. It is the most annoying thing I have ever had. I have put up with it for 8 months and until I talked to another lady with the same problem I thought it was supposed to be this way. I will be very wary when buying another.
