Haier HLP21E Washing Machine Review
Household chores are my nemesis. I never seem to have enough time to get around to doing, them, and when not armed with the right equipment, things just seem to pile up. I think no one said it more eloquently than Erma Bombeck when she said “My second favorite household chore is ironing. My first is hitting my head on the top bunk bed so hard that I faint,” and that comes from the cleaning “guru” herself. No other quote can more adequately express the way I feel about household chores. That’s why I try to stay a top of all the new cleaning, methods, gadgets and machines that help get the job done quickly without a lot of my help. After all I hate having dirty clothes, a dirty house and being unorganized just as much as I hate cleaning. Haier HLP21E SynopsisOne of the neatest gadgets and made especially for small areas is the Haier HLP21E 6.6lb Pulsating Washer. This small washer is especially right for the small apartment, or place that has no washer connection. You see this washer uses the faucet, and can be placed anywhere, it’s so small. You can easily keep it in your kitchen, your bathroom, or anywhere that you have a spare faucet. This is a great machine, even if you have a regular washing machine, because you can use it for all your delicates, and don’t have to wash those by hand anymore. Yuuuck! It makes my head hurt just to think about washing by hand. Thanks to the Haier, I can wash all of my underwear, those hard to wash hose, and my delicate blouses, in no time flat, and I don’t have to dry my hands out to do it either. I save a fortune on cleaning bills and get it all done quickly and efficiently. What Others Say about Haier? Apparently there are others who think this is a neat little washer too, and here is what they have to say:I was living in a large home when suddenly we needed to move to a very small apartment that had no washer connections. I was dumbfounded and didn’t know what to do. Then I found the Haier HLP21E Pulsator Washer, and I bought it thinking that at least it would get me out of the hole for a while. I put it in my bathroom because I didn’t have anywhere else to put it. The only space I had for it was about 17 x17 inches and it fit. The hook up was extremely easy, I was able to do it myself and didn’t have to call in any service technician. I threw in a few blouses and some other small items. The machine took about thirty minutes and I soon had clean clothes. Truly Amazing! I had been swimming in dirty clothes for about thirty days, so I was extremely happy. The washing machine is well made, especially for its size. The top is plastic, but the rest of the machine is metal. Sometimes my drain hose tends to fall out of the sink, especially when I tend to turn my back on it, but I tie it to the sink and I don’t have the problem any more. The Haeir is set to a default wash cycle which is fill, wash, and then it drains, afterwards you fill it again, rinse, then it drains and spins, it has another rinse cycle to it, but if you set it to “quick wash” you can avoid that last rinse cycle. I bought my machine over a year ago and am extremely happy with my little washer. I love my Haier HLP21E 6.6lb Pulsating Washer. It is really economical, saves water. I use it when I have small loads to do and don’t need to be spending all of that water. This is a truly great washing machine when you live alone and don’t have a lot of laundry. I like best that it doesn’t have an agitator, that it only swirls and pulsates clockwise and then counterclockwise. It washes delicates well. The only issues is that I cant put in more than a pair or two of jeans in there, and I can only wash a couple of towels at a time. If you want to jamb a lot of clothes in there then this is not the machine for you, but if you only put a few items in at a time this little machine works great. I highly recommend it. To Sum it All UpAll in all, if you need a small washing machine either because you live in a very small space, or just because you don’t want to waste water by running the large machine all the time. You might want to use the Haier for all of your delicates and keep those large machines from eating up your clothes. Whatever the reason for using the Haier HLP21E 6.6lb Pulsator Washer, this machine is not as fragile as it might appear. It is small, but it’s a tough “little un” and is recommended by many different people from many different walks of life.
